Can I request a sample?
You can absolutely request a sample for certain products. Just contact us on sales@muswell.co.uk.
Can your team do site visits?
We can! One of our dedicated team of experts can visit your site to measure and spec to your requirements.
Do you offer charity discounts?
We understand that charities and community organisations often need to make the most of their budgets. If you are a registered charity or not-for-profit organisation, please contact our team to discuss your requirements and we will be happy to see how we can help.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer competitive pricing for larger orders and bulk purchases. If you require multiple quantities or are planning a larger project, consider applying for a Muswell Trade Account, which unlocks competitive pricing and exclusive deals.
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer a 2-3 day delivery service as standard to Mainland UK (Highlands & Islands are subject to delivery surcharges).
Free delivery is available on trade orders over £1,920 (excluding VAT). Delivery for trade orders below this threshold is quoted on an individual basis.
If you require Fast Track Delivery or Click & Collect, these options may be possible upon request – please contact us to find out more.
Do you offer direct delivery?
Yes, we offer direct delivery options across the UK. Our products can be delivered straight to your chosen address, helping simplify ordering and reduce unnecessary handling.
For trade customers, direct-to-customer delivery options may also be available to support smoother fulfilment and an improved customer experience.
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes, collection options from our warehouse in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire may be available depending on the products ordered and your requirements.

For trade customers, direct-to-customer delivery options may also be available to support smoother fulfilment and an improved customer experience.
What is your Returns Policy?
Returns are rare, thanks to the quality and reliability of our products. If you do wish to send back unwanted items, they will be subject to a collection and restocking charge.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours to sales@muswell.co.uk.
